BOWL FEEDERS
The BOWL FEEDERS usually used in electronic, medical, pharmaceutical and other industries, the small components or pill single transfer to the appropriate location, for filling, packing and automatic assembly line.
The static electricity on the small components causes them to bond with each other or stick to the tray or jump out of the tray. An ion fan, an ion bar or an ion wind nozzle installed above the tray can not only solve the above problems, but also prevent the adsorption of pollutants.
Horizontal pouch filling electronic removing
Horizontal pouch filling station is usually contaminated by electrostatic dust during filling process, impedes pouch sealing after filling. Sometimes there may be space to install a single point electrostatic eliminator or ion wand to neutralize the free falling dust directly. Even if you can fill in the process and dust, it is recommended that the static electricity in the empty bag be filled before filling.  If the pouch opens completely, install an ion bar above the pouch. If the pouch is closed, then the compact ion air nozzle is used to force the neutralizing air into the bag.
