Action principle:

2.Overall electrostatic value of laminating machine
The reason for the static electricity of the film coating machine is that the film is produced by the high speed friction of the rubber roller, and the charge separation produced by the film vibration during the transmission process of the film is produced. The static electricity produced by the metal roller through the steel roller is relatively small because of the good electrical conductivity of the metal (within 1KV).

Remarks

Note: the test data of the day is that the electrostatic bar has not received compressed air and the electrostatic value of single side except electrostatic. The electrostatic effect of different rotating speed is obviously different.The electrostatic value of the space has reached 400V, the exposed iron and steel material of the machine has gathered a lot of static electricity, and the grounding effect is not very good.

Basic solution:
1.The electrostatic bar connected to compressed air the electrostatic effect can be due to compressed air, the effect is better than static. Larger coverage, Shorter removing static electricity time.

2.Two sides of remove the electrostatic, the two sides of the film are installed in addition to the electrostatic bar, to prevent the electrostatic spread of the film side of the phenomenon.

4.Do not make the workshop too dry. The lower the humidity, the higher the electrostatic value. A little vibration and friction can produce high static electricity.

6.Customer service
The product is sold every 3 months to monitor the electrostatic value, so as to monitor the use effect of the product. The product is not manually damaged during the warranty period, free and fast maintenance, does not affect the production of Party B. In case of artificial damage, the production should be maintained quickly after consultation.
